Paul M. Barrett is a co-founder and managing partner of Donoghue Barrett & Singal. As head of the firm’s Health Law practice, he counsels clients on such issues as medical staff matters, taxable and tax-exempt financings, strategic positioning, patient care matters and corporate governance.
Paul’s client base includes hospitals, physician groups, long-term care facilities, licensed clinics, ground and air transport providers, and emerging industries within the healthcare market. He also serves as an advisor to senior management on executive compensation, contract work, strategic initiatives, and partnerships.
